Ice Cream & Coffee

Stop by the Village Center most mornings between 7 AM and 11 AM, and you will find residents sitting together enjoying a cup of coffee or tea. Return later in the afternoon and do not be surprised to see children, if not an adult or two as well, enjoying a ice cream sandwich or ice cream bar available in our very own ice cream parlor.

 

Movie Theater

We invite you to visit our Community Movie Theater and experience the joy of cinema in a friendly and inclusive setting. Whether you're catching a film with friends, enjoying a family outing, or attending a community meeting, we look forward to welcoming you!

Enjoy a good read? Then you will love the library located in the Village Center at Paseo. Here you will find several computer work stations with complimentary Wi-Fi as well as a great selection of complimentary books and magazines that are shared by our residents.

 

Fitness Center

The air-conditioned fitness center located in the Village Center consists of a state-of-the-art Cybex exercise equipment as well as a studio often used for dance, spin, aerobics, zumba, and pilates classes. And no gym membership needed, just bring your workout gear!

The Pub serves up sports alongside pub-style fare while the Bistro offers gourmet meals in an elegant atmosphere prepared by our very own Chef. Or dine Al Fresco at the poolside Tiki. Additionally, residents can enjoy ice cream, and complimentary coffee at the Village Center cafe between 7 AM and 11 AM daily.
